Unreplied is built so that we know as close to nothing about you as a paid product allows. This page describes exactly what is and isn't collected.

Your email stays on your device

The Unreplied add-in reads your mailbox through the official Microsoft Graph API, using a permission (Mail.Read) you grant to Microsoft directly. All processing — grouping conversations, working out who hasn't replied — happens inside the add-in, on your device.

No email content, subject, address, or metadata is ever sent to, stored on, or seen by our servers. There is no server component that touches mail at all.

What we do store

One thing: license records. When you buy a license, we store your email address, your license key, and your subscription status, so the add-in can confirm the key is valid. Validation requests contain the license key and nothing else.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

Data stored in your mailbox

Your preferences — threads you marked Done, your trial start date, your license key — are stored in your own mailbox's add-in settings (Microsoft "roaming settings"), so they follow you across devices. They live in your Microsoft account, not with us.

Analytics and tracking

The add-in contains no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. This website sets no cookies.

Data deletion

Removing the add-in stops all mailbox access immediately; you can also revoke its permission at myaccount.microsoft.com. To delete your license record, email us (see support) and it's gone within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and license holders are notified by email.
