These are the terms for using the Unreplied add-in and this website. Installing or using Unreplied means you accept them.

The service

Unreplied is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that displays email conversations you sent that have not received a reply. It requires a Microsoft account and mailbox; Microsoft's own terms govern your use of Outlook and Microsoft 365.

Trial and license

New installations include a 7-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial, continued use requires a license: US $12 per year per mailbox, covering all devices where you use that mailbox. Prices may change; renewals are always charged at the price shown at unreplied.email at the time of renewal, and you'll be notified before any increase takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime via your Stripe receipt or by contacting support; your license stays active until the end of the paid year. Not happy in the first 30 days after purchase? Say so and we'll refund it in full.

Acceptable use

One license covers one mailbox. Don't redistribute license keys, attempt to circumvent licensing, or use the software to violate any law. That's the whole list.

Warranty disclaimer

Unreplied is provided "as is". Reply detection is heuristic — it groups messages by conversation and by who spoke last — and may occasionally misclassify a thread (for example, when a reply arrives with a changed subject or from a different address). Don't rely on it as your only record of business-critical correspondence.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Unreplied is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date above changes and license holders are notified by email before the changes apply.
